The Ditap-V Automation Pvt. Ltd. has been founded in year 2001 by Kariappa Brothers with their decades of Industrial Process Automation experience.

Mr. C. M. Kariappa, Managing Director: has 30 years of experience in Automation, Instrumentation & Electrical for the Distillery, Fuel Ethanol, Food Industry, Evaporators & Dryers, Dairy Plant, Starch Plant, Chemical & Petrochemical Industry. He has worked for a Swedish Multinational Alfa Laval as a Department Head of Automation & Electrical where he was responsible for Projects Design, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, System Implementation, etc. for the projects executed in India & most of the countries worldwide. During this tenure, he has travelled extensively worldwide for implementation of the projects. He is a Bachelor of Instrumentation & Control Engineering from Government College of Engineering (COEP) with MBA. He directly ventured to transform his technological insight into industrial reality.

Mr. C. M. Kariappa( Managing Director)

Mr. Raju Kariappa, Director: 20 years of industry experience in planning, execution, quality up-gradation of the entire organization and management of systems. Also has experience of design & implementation of electrical, instrumentation & automation in various process industries. He has worked for a USA Multinational Automation company as a project Manager. He is Bachelor of Instrumentation & Control Engineering from Government College of engineering.

Presently, the company has a team of 120 Engineers. The core activity is design, engineering, consultation, supply, installation, commissioning, After sales service support, AMC, etc.This is backed up by well-equipped in house panel manufacturing facility.

Mr. Raju Kariappa(Director)

Mr. Barure Omprakash N., Director: He is a 1987 Instrumentation Engineering graduate from College of Engineering, Pune. He is a senior member of ISA-The International Society of Automation since 1998 and was President (2013-14) of ISA International, Maharashtra Section. He has had about a decade-plus of academic experience. He has industry exposure of more than two decades and has been running his own automation training consultancy called BITC 2104. He has executed sizable number of automation projects and trained the working professionals in several verticals like dairy, food & beverages, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences based on PLC, PAC, SCADA, and DCS systems.

He is a compelling speaker, effective teacher and professional trainer on various topics in process instrumentation and automation technologies. He is a popular motivational speaker among instrumentation fraternity in India. He is passionate about true Industry-Institute Interaction and need of professional training for maximization of productivity of industry people. He firmly believes that “The most valuable assets of 20th century Company were its production equipment whereas that of 21st century institution, whether business or non-business will be its knowledge workers and their productivity.”

Kasurdi, Pune, where the manufacturing factory is located, is an industrial belt out of LBT limit, 16kms away from the Pune City. 20,000 sq. feet shop floor area with well-equipped Panel manufacturing facility suitable for various standards like IEC, CE, UL, CPRI, etc. for all types of panel by use of all required testing instruments.

All the machinery, tools tackles for manufacturing of Electrical /Control Panels like Main Power Control Center (PCC panel), MCCs, Power Factor Correction Panel (APFC), Distribution Panel, VFD Panel, Synchronization Panel, PLC /DCS Panel, Mimic based Panels, AMF Panels etc
